Easy Cancellation or Refunds

At Fab By Amirah, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our custom-made dresses. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we have established a clear policy to ensure you are happy with your purchase before it even ships.

1. The “Fab By Amirah” Quality Assurance Check (Cancellation Window)

We operate on a no-return-after-delivery policy for our custom garments. To ensure you are completely satisfied before the dress leaves our studio, we have implemented a unique Quality Assurance Check:

Video Call Inspection: Once your dress is complete, we will schedule a live video call with you to present the finished garment. During this call, we will show you all the details of the dress you ordered.
Cancellation Option: This video call is your final opportunity to approve the dress. If, during this live inspection, you determine that the dress is not according to your expectations or the agreed-upon specifications, you may cancel the order immediately.

2. Refund Process for Cancelled Orders

If you choose to cancel your order during the video call inspection:

Full Refund: We will happily process a full refund of the total amount you paid for the dress.
Refund Timeline: Please allow 4 to 6 weeks from the date of cancellation for the refund to be processed and credited back to your original method of payment.

3. No Returns After Delivery

Final Sale: Once the dress has been shipped to you following your approval, the sale is considered final.
No Post-Delivery Returns or Exchanges: We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds after the dress has been delivered. This is standard practice for custom-made clothing to ensure the integrity and exclusivity of our garments.
