We at Fab By Amirah are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer returns with full refunds for unworn and unwashed items under the following conditions:

Return Window:

• You have 05 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Eligible Items:

• Items with original tags attached.
• Unworn and unwashed items.
• Items with manufacturing defects or damages not caused by the customer.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

• Items without original tags.
• Items that have been worn or washed.
• Items with alterations or damages caused by the customer.
• Some specific items, such as swimwear or lingerie, may have additional restrictions. These restrictions will be clearly noted on the product page.

Return Process:

1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email at [email address removed] or by phone at [phone number] (if available).
2. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item(s).
3. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet the return criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 07 business days.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process a refund and allow you to place a new order for the desired item.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

If there is any issue with your dress, such as a manufacturing defect or if the work on the dress does not meet your expectations, we will gladly accept your return for a full refund.

• We reserve the right to limit returns or refuse a return if we believe the return policy is being abused.
• We recommend reviewing the product description and size chart carefully before placing your order.
